Visa Assistance Services: Once we have submitted your visa application or performed visa-related tasks on your behalf, the service is considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.
Process for Requesting a Refund

Evaluation: Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information if needed to process your request.

Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Modifications or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel a service before it has been delivered or initiated, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes wherever feasible, but some services may incur a cancellation fee.
